“My bike doesn’t feel right” “what’s wrong with it?” “Don’t know, it’s just not right”
When you have a problem with your bike and you just want it looked at this two part service will be ideal.
Diagnostics will involve taking a recent case history of the bike before performing observations to investigate the issue. A quote will be generated for the investigatory work and upon acceptance the bike components will then be disassembled to find the route cause and a report generated on the findings.
Repairs will initially involve a quotation to rectify the problem. If the customer agrees then parts are ordered and the bike will be repaired. If not, then at least the customer will have an investigation report into the issue and the confidence knowing what is needed to fix the bike.
This service will be unique to each case.

Your bike has been sat in the garage for a few years, it was looking great when you stowed it away but now it’s looking a bit unloved, rust has set in and the pedals hardly turn. Your wheels sound like you last rode through the sea when you spin them and it’s fit for the skip.
Sound familiar?
Don’t despair, we offer a multi level restoration service from freeing a seized headset bearing to a full bike strip down with a frame respray and all components cleaned and polished.
Our restoration service is very unique to your bike and will involve our Bike Health Check service to determine what will be required. A report outlining the proposed work including estimated project durationwill be generated along with the quote.
